Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 7bd9, Bangladesh's trusted online gaming platform offering cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Access by minors is strictly prohibited and any account found to be operated by a minor will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false identity information is a serious violation and will result in permanent account suspension.
• Each person may hold only one (1) account on 7bd9. Operating duplicate or multiple accounts — including through a household member — is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Account Registration and Verification

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 7bd9 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts that cannot be verified due to incomplete or inconsistent documentation may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

7bd9 supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods for fast and convenient transactions. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other methods as listed on our platform. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of payment.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Prior to any withdrawal, 7bd9 may require full KYC verification to be completed. • Any suspected fraudulent transaction — including chargebacks, reversed payments, or use of stolen financial instruments — will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Misuse of any bonus or promotional offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting a technical error, or engaging in bonus abuse — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension. The rollover and wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately in your account wallet. Real funds are used first; bonus funds are applied thereafter.
• Winnings generated from free spin awards are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. See the applicable promotion page for exact rollover multiples.
• 7bd9 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided this does not adversely affect bonuses already in active use.

Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the 7bd9 platform infrastructure, software, or data.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the 7bd9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio and visual elements, software, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7bd9 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 7bd9 content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

7bd9 provides its platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical defects at all times. 7bd9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including any loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failures, or any interruption to gaming sessions.

In any event, 7bd9's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Members assume full responsibility for their own gaming decisions.

Amendments to These Terms

7bd9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify active members via their registered contact details. Changes take effect from the date of publication on this page unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. If you do not wish to accept revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the 7bd9 platform shall first be addressed through our internal complaints process. Should a satisfactory resolution not be reached, disputes may be escalated through appropriate channels as permitted by law. 7bd9 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparent dispute resolution for all members across Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.
